Despite tight restrictions on political protests, climate activists in Paris have formed a human chain through the heart of the city to call for real climate action and peace.
They are joined by hundreds of thousands of people around the globe taking part in the Global Climate March.
The French government is prohibiting the Global Climate March planned for Paris for November 29th – there has never been a greater need for Global Climate Marches throughout the rest of the world, which will continue as planned. Love will win out over fear, and our movement will win over injustice.
Friends, this is what courage and resolve looks like, thank-you. 350.org
