Donna and Janette whip up some delicious chicken with rice in the PR Brain Injury Society’s kitchen on Thursday afternoon. It was cold and rainy outdoors, but inside it was warm and cozy and filled with the aroma of wonderful home-cooking.
One of the reasons Brainiac Kitchen Central smelled so tantalizing is due to the dried herbs used in the chicken recipe. All the herbs were grown in the PRBIS kitchen garden, right outside the back door. The crew made several different hot sauces and pickles, as well.
