One good deed deserves another

Thanks to BC Ferries’ staff, this hot cup of tea was reunited with its owner on Sunday morning. The newly purchased Tim Hortons tea was inadvertently left in the ticket booth and the walk-on passenger proceeded through the rain down to the waiting room at the edge of the ferry parking lot. There she was reminded by a BC Ferries traffic controller that her cup of tea had been left behind. Not wanting to retrace her steps, due to the downpour, she gave up the tea and pcontinued on to the next waiting area by the ferry slip. There a BC Ferries worker tracked her down and handed her the cup of tea; it was still hot and comforting.

Here’s a SHOUT OUT to BC Ferries and the hardworking men and women who make up their work force – Thanks, and no worries mate – the favour will be returned in full.
