Star Wars – The Force Awakens

Finally, the movie we’ve all been waiting for is at the historic Patricia Theatre from January 15 – 28th. Those attending the theatre for last night’s showing were not disappointed. “I’m going to see it again,” said Jon, a teenager who attended the movie with a group of friends. “We’re not saying anything, giving anything away, you have to see it for yourself,” he added.

All shows are in 3D except Sunday and Monday evening, which will be in 2D, and Sunday’s 1:30 matinee. The show runs 136 minutes. A $2.50 3D upcharge will apply to all tickets.

Thirty years after Return of the Jedi, Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) is missing. A Resistance pilot (Oscar Isaac) is given a map to find Luke, and before he’s captured by the First Order, he gives the map to BB-8.

Meanwhile a scrappy scavenger named Rey (Daisy Ridley) and a former Stormtrooper named Finn (John Boyega) team up with Han Solo (Harrison Ford) and Chewbacca on the Millenium Falcon to find Luke for General Leia (Carrie Fisher).
