Pinwheel Education Series – Managing Anxiety & Making Sleep Count

Sleep has a lot of benefits. Getting enough sleep improves your mood and makes it easier to manage stress and anxiety. Your body has a natural need for sleep. Unfortunately, sometimes things interfere with this drive and prevent us from sleeping.

Stress and anxiety in particular can interfere with your sleep. However, there are powerful tools that you can use to significantly dial down your distress to get a good night’s sleep.

In this Pinwheel Education series workshop, you will learn more about sleep problems associated with anxiety and provide strategies that you can use.

The Pinwheel Series are a group of free, all inclusive monthly education events open to anyone in BC. The aim is to provide learning opportunities for the public on key mental health and healthy living topics, and host a forum where people can engage in dialogue with experts and persons with lived experience.
