Tide Lines – Documentary for Earth Month

imageTide Lines is a documentary about three surfers, one sailboat and three years  –  plus three hundred hours of footage – all in search of a plastic free beach. The screening is part of Earth Month celebrations.

Several weeks ago, Powell River’s Let’s Talk Trash team challenged residents to go Plastic Free for Earth Month, April 1st – 30th.

After the screening of the Tide Lines, Let’s Talk Trash team members will be on hand to facilitate post movie discussions and announce the winners of the Plastic Free Month Challenge.

The documentary is being shown at the Cranberry Community Hall on Friday, April 29th, from 6:30 – 8:30 pm. The screening is free.
